The hotel's reception service was disappointing.

I spent my Christmas in a hotel in the south of Tunisia and really enjoyed it. the facilities were clean and well maintained. the WiFi connection was strong and reliable, and the room service was prompt. the hotel was also conveniently located near some great tourist attractions, including a museum and a nice park. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered a great view of the city from its balcony.
